I just wanted to ask to make sure about the consequences if my kids see them. Any legal porn is permitted, so long as it is filtered correctly and hasn't been snaffled from the web. Come to that, a photostream that consists solely of stolen images from the web will be soon be deleted.

I already have moderate photos containing nudity marked as moderate because they are not porn category material. However, there is one picture that was given a "This has been rated as restricted by Flickr staff. Nothing porno about it, actually, so I'm imagining that one of the staff does not like pubic hair which is actually visible I'm perplexed and that's all I can come up with, really.

Ladies and Gentlemen: Even after the review of the Help-Forum there is one question left before I starting to PRO my account: I fully understand that porn and explicit nudity is not allowed in public, and, therefore, not allowed in the public areas of Flickr. My question is: Is it allowed to upload porn pictures to my private sets? Thanks a lot for your held and assistance. I don't think they will delete them if they're just porn, not sure though.
